neighbors door damaged my new x
There is really nothing you can do about it. Your neighbor won't admit it, cops won't help you (because a few months ago some jerk hit and run my car when I was in the car, I reported the incident to the police with the license plate. They claimed they couldn't find that car even though, the car belongs to a car service company. So I ended up getting nothing and there is nothing they can do)
Sorry to hear that, but this is the US....people and cops don't care enough about stuff like this. Hurray to

1. Buy a small voice recorder that can fit in your pocket.
2. Wear a shirt that can hold the voice recorder in the front pocket unseen and turn it on.
3. Confront the neighbor and ask him if he damaged your door. Stay very calm. Don't let him get you upset. At this point, you have to expect he will take the path of least resistance, which will be to lie.
4. Get the other neighbor's testimony on your new voice recorder stating that he saw the neighbor damage the car.
5. Go get the car repaired, and get a receipt. Do this in a timely fashion so that the neighbor cannot claim the damage came from another accident.
6. File a claim in small claim's court against the neighbor who did the damage, and use the voice recorded statements from the neighbor who did the damage and the neighbor who saw the damage occur as evidence.
Situations like this are never easy to fix, but I think this is your best shot at getting it resolved. Best of luck.

Also OP, like the second posters said, i could barely understand what you were trying to say in your first post.
Be sure and get us some pics of those tires afterward. Thanks.
Seriously, . . I would talk to him as nicely as possible without emotion. Tell him the neighbor saw what happened and how would he like to handle the damage?
Then, stop talking. Wait for what he says next.
Any emotion on your part and you lose.
Call the cops on your neighbor? I wouldn't do it.
You do have to live next door to him and neither one of you are moving because of a couple of hundred dollars. These sort of things can escalate quickly.
Remember, above all else, love thy neighbor. (Try anyway)
