Um unless your 8 had a lot of mods done to it then you're completely wrong because my stock X was as fast as my friends 8 who had cams, intake, turboback exhaust and a few other mods. And if your 8 was modded that much than you'll surely think the 135i is slow too. Also I saw the 135i in person and i think looks like poo. But hey do whatever makes you happy.

^ uh no actually I'm not. We did many pulls. He would pull on me a little in 1st and 2nd gear but after that we were even. And runs starting in 3rd gear we were even as well he may have gotten a half a car length ahead. He only has i think 264 cams not the 272s. Believe what you want but I'm just telling you my experiences.

 

haha good one dude. Did you think of that response all by yourself, thats so original. He's had the car since it was new I think after 50k miles he would know how to drive it pretty well. I've driven with him before and he's actually a very good driver.

 

If you don't believe me check the northeastern region section, thread local pittsburgh meet, I ran into an 06 IX MR with a few mods and granted we only did 2 pulls through 1 gear but i kept up with him pretty well like he said he may have start pullin a bit at the top end thats it.

 

i had 264/272s tbe and a few mods and I could easily pull on carrera-s's, gtos, etc. The evo-x traps the 1/4mi at 100 mph, thats roughly v6 camry territory. If you are pulling on your friends car something is seriously wrong with him/it.

 

i never said I was pulling on him he would pull on me through 1st and 2nd a little bit then we were even after that. If we started in 3rd we were even.
