^^ I agree.. Hey, I'm not a basher at all. I'm all for the change is good factor of things. They wouldn't replace something as proven as the 4G63, unless they knew they were going in a better direction. Remember the original Eclipse 4G63 turbos? They started out at 195hp. Now look.. They START with the 4B11 at 290hp! That says a lot all by itself.. I know, I know, it's not the same thing as the EVO motors with diff internals and such, but it's a first time powerplant that is putting out a ton of power. I think the 1st EVO's had something in the area of 230hp when they started, so there ya have it.. Change IS good.. That's why I'm also gonna buy my MR.. And cause I'm tired of the whole stick shift driving.. Been doing it long enough and I'm ready to move up to the next stage of technology. I'm totally waiting on part 2 of this article.
