My 2003 Non SI Honda civic was written off in a hail storm and I traded up to the Evo X. Only has about 2.5 times the horse power, and I love every second of it!

I did the same thing, and really miss the s2000 on those beautiful summer nights. Besides that..the X tops it in all other categories!

I loved my '08 STi, I babied that thing so much. But I've found that I haven't missed it one bit. I had it modified conservatively (STi pink springs, 2010 SE 19mm rear sway, SPT chassis brace, Cobb dp, Perrin CAI, and a very good custom tune) and the Evo just handles so much better, even stock. The power doesn't match yet, but that will be fixed soon enough. Bolt-ons are on the UPS truck. I'm enjoying the new experience so much that I don't miss the STi at all. They're both great cars, and we're all lucky Subaru and Mitsubishi decided to sell these in the U.S.
