Mr. X 12.24s @ 111.8mph Stock Turbo

Last Tuesday(5/13/08) at Carolina Speedway Puerto Rico, Mr X EVO's X did 12.24s @ 111.8mph allboost with Stock Turbo, stock clutch and full weight. The car mods are:

Tune:Tuned by Monroig(EcuTek)
Shop:Colo Performance
Driver:Roly
Exhaust system(Ultimate Racing),Intercooler pipes(BaF),Air intake(BaF),Boost control(Hallman). Thanks to Sporty Dyno,Carrito.net,Fifa Racing and Rafy Moret.

Nice work on stock clutch. Impressive. Stock clutch feel is fairly soft.

The stock clutch life is not too long. The fuel is 93oct and boost peak 26psi. Looking for clutch suggestion?

I see he's got the Rolly driver mod. Thats the best/cheapest mod you can do.

awesome time. Interesting way to launch. I am gonig to have to try it. I have the turbo back exahust from Ultimate Racing coming so i cant wait.

how exactly do you launch the Evo? I don't know how to launch and I'm interested in launching it but don't wanna break anything o.o

5-5.5k drop the hammer lol. You have to pretty much launch that high and there is no room for error when releasing this clutch.

Although I bet it smelt to the high heavens after that run in the video..

The stock clutch is a stinky one.

so just hold clutch in til 5-5.5k rpm and let go off clutch, nothing break just burn o.o?
