11 second Evo X

Hey I've been reading this forum for the past week and this is my first post. I'm looking to spend some money on my new evo x (which has yet to be broken in). Do you think an 11 second car is possible if the only aftermarket parts are exhaust, intake, IC piping, and Intercooler?

I know it's possible by changing the turbo or adding a boost controller among other upgrades, but I'm trying to stay away from messing with the turbo.

Anyone have opinions about intake/exhaust? What are you running and what are your likes/dislikes?

Thanks.

With just those mods, no. Not unless you could take a ton of weight out of the car.

Yes, but you have many more mods than he listed and you're also using a EBC. At the mod-level he wants, he'll be lucky to be in the high 12s. He'd have to lose 700-800lbs to break 11s.

If he wants to play with a mbc/ebc and a tune along with the parts he listed, he could barely get in the 11s just like you guys. Assuming he's a really good driver...because whoever was driving for you guys had that car movin

Thanks guys. I figured it'd be quite difficult and I'm not an excellent driver. Xtremeboost has a bunch of great things going for them. Are there any parts you guys think would be best. My first objective is probably to replace intake and exhaust. I liked the ETS dual exhaust but I haven't heard much about any company taking the cake on the intake or exhaust. Opinions? Also, is the stock intercooler really that bad? Would investing in a new one be worth it?
