Step on the gas and drop the clutch. Problem solved.

I've slipped my clutch out slowly and let go of it with no gas and 3 ppl on a 40degree driveway many times and it rolls right up into my garage. I used to drive a evo 8 mr also. I used to slip my 8 for awhile til i got the the engagement down to the point where i didnt need to slip it to make hills. Evo x on the otherhand feels much different with engagement. Takes time. Btw civic and redlines are fwd obviously they wont have troubles when all they need to do is push 2 wheels not 4, so no need to take them into comparison to a awd car.

I can bet you anything that even a wrangler with 8.3 liter turbodiesel swap wouldn't be able to go from a stop at a 50 degree angle slope, unless the surface is some heated up rubber or glue.

You can try to preserve the clutch after the 2-step by dropping it, but don't be surprised if your gears lose all their teeth.

OMG serious driving lessons needed around here. hahaha

Come by, $50 an hour. Everybodys welcome.

Come on, I understand having extra weight in the car makes it a bit tougher but I've been up parking garages as steep as they come, on the ramps, in stop and go traffic......no issues. You just gotta let off the clutch a little bit easier but you dont have to smoke the **** by any means. It's like MAYBE an extra half a second to a second in coming off the clutch. There is nothing wrong with that, that's what you gotta do with a manual, it's not gonna kill your clutch.

My greatest concern is somebody pulling right up to my *** and me rolling back into them when I let off the brake and roll back an inch or 2.
