Hello EVOM members.
I'm currently looking into the PBP EVO X MR and I'm in the process of selling my Audi for an upgrade.
I do love my Audi but parts for it are just too expensive. I was wondering if the EVO's SST is similar to the Audi/Porsche DSG?
This is my current ride for now. I'm planning on "Murdering" out the EVO also.

 

It's the same concept, but if the magazines are right the implementation is better.

Im so done with the murdered out look... Its way overplayed here in vegas. I currently drive a "murdered out" truck and im defenately getting a WHITE evo x lol

Not sayin you shouldnt do it tho... I hope it works out for ya. Im sure it would look sick on an evo!

 

honestly an evo X is not a upgrade to an 07 Audi A4 you should get a 335i or something like that IMO

Personally, I dont either car Audi or the X (Although his Audi is very nice and clean)
I also think his reason for wanting out of the Audi (parts too expensive) would steer him clear of a BMW.

 

What the hell? That makes no sense at all. The X will be an improvement for him, not like he has an S4 or an RS4.

trust me the b7 s4 aint no upgrade but the s5 and r8 are.

 

SST suppose to have faster shifting in auto mode than DSGs. It has 3 modes in auto - Normal, Sport, & S-Sport (Super Sport)... does VW Group have modes like these?

 

im not too sure. im new in the euro scene as i came from the honda scene. i'm gonna head out tomorrow to test drive one, pretty sure its gonna be alot danker than Audi/VW DSG's. even though i thought the DSG was pretty fast as is.

 

i would keep audi
build quality just not the same

dont be upset if you dont quite like the "murdered" PB evo X. unless you are going to take the time to get the same "black" as the evo... its not gonna look quite right in the sun I do like the way the PB looks at night though with the street lights on it, just in the sun it looks dirty IMO
