Yea, I had a quote from Jim in about 90 minutes, and then we went back and forth with questions by email probably 5-6 times that day. They're usually pretty quick.

well my car has been sitting at the DAS drop off since Monday afternoon. I bet I check the site every hour to see if it's been loaded and moved yet.
