A couple of months ago, I had just parked my car in an underground parking garage when I witnessed an altercation between a driver of a new E-class MB, and the driver of a ****ty old POS. Apparently, driver of ****ty POS was about to swing his door into the side of the MB, but the MB driver who was standing next to his car managed to catch the door of the ****ty POS before it came into contact with the MB. This infuriated the driver of the ****ty POS (my guess is because he is a have-not, and can't stand the fact that some other people are smart and work hard and can afford to buy nice things). The driver of the ****ty POS then proceeded to scream at the top of his lungs at the MB driver and started to pound on the MB with his fists. Then some meek security guards came over to try to placate the driver of the ****ty POS. I had to be somewhere in a hurry, so I didn't stay around to see it end, but wow, there are some wack-jobs out there!

 

yeah man, i hate this stuff with a passion. everything that needed to be said has been. these people out here could care less how much your car cost, or about courtesy. sad...

My GF saw some kids banging on my car when her dog was in the car, just trying to make the dog bark. She told the kids politely to stop and they didn't and then the mom came around and said "sorry they're just kids."

I told her to teach her F'in kids to respect peoples property and not bang on other peoples cars. I then told her I was taking her license plate down and she would be held liable for any damages done to my car (scratches or dents that may have been made from the kids banging and running their hands on the car). I then proceeded back inside the Dairy Queen to get a written statement from the people behind the counter that wanted to give written statements. When I came out I heard her spanking the kids. Guess she decided to start the lesson early (thats how I was raised). Thankfully there were no damages to the car and I hope I never have to see that b!tch and her disrespectful kids again.

 

Yeah a while ago my uncle had a brand new STR-4, he was passing a cement truck on the freeway, and a chunk of dried concrete came off and hit his car. He had to speed up back up, follow him, get in front of the guy, and force him to pull over to get his information. And they still gave him a bunch of **** about paying for the damage.

As for me, my theory is that it doesn't matter where or what you park next to, its going to happen at some point. So I just find the closest empty space with enough room on either side and hope for the best.

But yeah, honestly if someone damaged my car right in front of me, and then laughed about it, I'd freakin loose it.

It happened to me today at my parking lot at work.
I got out of work tonight and someone hit my rear bumper and left 2 big dents, chipped the paint and pushed in the black aero part (below the bumper).
This sucked because I spent the weekend polishing and waxing the car.

 

I have to vent a little here.

On july 1st, i was on my way to best buy to get my brand new 52 inch Samsung 750 LCD. I Parked as far away as possible, me being really scarred to get a dent or scratch on my brand new 08 maxima. Anyways i parked in this empty spot, no cars around no nothing. I got off and walked into the store. When i came out, dissapointed cause the damn LCD was more expensive than the one i had seen in Frys, walked to my car, and guess what i found...

Someone keyed my car from the back passenger side of the quaterpanel, all the way to the fender of the passenger side.. i was pissed. I mean i lost it. Brand new 08 maxima, not even 2 months old and i get vandalized.

anyways that wasnt the end of my dilema. The next day im heading to pick up some groceries. On my way there i was talking to my wife that was on the passengers side, figuring out where we were going to take our car to get fixed. Anyways as the conversation went on, we were waitting for the light to turn green when all of a sudden BAM!!!!!!! a ****ing 04 chevy surb hits me from behind...

i was speechless. I pulled over and almost punched him in the face. I was so mad that i grabbed him by the shirt and yelled at him.

Anyways its been 2 months of fighting with his insurance and im just getting my car back.
I know this isnt Evo related but i had to post it lol. Some people are just retarded and dont know the value of something because they have never worked their *** for anything.

Ps. the guy that hit me lives with his mom, hes 28, the surb wasnt even his, it was his brothers. o yeah.. and may i add, he was on the phone when he hit me.

And dont even get me started when my 07 gixxer along with my LS vtec Teggy got stolen.. ****ty luck man..

 

Damn... i witnessed a similar accident right in front of my eyes the other day. The guy behind wasn't paying attention and all of the sudden BAM. rear ended the guy in the front. Man i hope you get a new car out of that guy. How badly was you're rear end damaged? But I especially hate the people who don't respect other people's properties.. Curse them to ALL CRAPPY CAR HELL!

Sadly enuf, it wasnt. The body shop replaced both of my quaterpanels, my back bumper, my hatch, my exhaust and the trunk deck. I got a call from my shop saying that the car looks fantastic. I sure hope so lol. Ive been buggin the hell outta him making sure that everything looks crisp clean. He sent me pictures of all the stuff they replaced, boxes from nissan and serial numbers of the parts, so i know their nissan parts and not some aftermarket crap.

i dont have the pics with me from the day of the accident so i cant post them, but i do have some from when they were taking **** apart. ill post them later

 

I parked my car far away at the train station parking lot; and the landscapers were cutting a portion of the town lawn with lots of pebbles...needless to say my passenger window was shattered and the passenger side of my evo pocked. $1,500 worth of damage.

I swear most people living nowadays do not deserve to be breathing. They are lower than animals.

 

yeh. i mean i dont think it woulda looked good if i did anything to the guy that hit my car.. so i refrained from hitting him (believe me, i had so much in me from past crap thats happend to me that i was ready to just let loose on the ****..).

Everytime i see a gixxer on the street btw, images of my bike come to mind. i hate that crap lol.. i just wish there was a button that i can push and erase the bike memories.
