erradicating the reversing beeps on the twinclutch

am planning on having dealer fitted reversing sensors on my evolution MR. but, the dealers and mitsubishi australia say they can't "turn-off" the beep beep noise that happens (like in a small truck) when the transmission (twin clutch) is placed in reverse. is there not a wire to cut to a speaker? otherwise will have competing sounds when reversing. don't know if the dealer fitted reversing camera may be a better option.

Dude, that's JDM! You take that away and you lose all street cred.

For real though, that's how all automatic cars here in Japan are.

We don't have any experience with that since we don't get that option here. I'm sure you can find the little speaker if you wanted to. Good luck finding it.
