I don't find them particularly comfortable for long trips.

 

I drove for 17 hours to get home, over a couple days, when I got my MR... the seats are very comfortable. I usually have to pop my lower back several times in other cars, but haven't needed to in these.

 

Drove 2000 miles in my MR, including 700 miles on the first day and 500 on the last day during a trip that ended last week. I admit I was wondering how comfortable the seats would be, but I thought they were great. The wife's car is an ES300 Lexus, and I think I was as comfortable at the end of the day as I would have been in the Lexus. There's something to be said for firm, supportive seats over the cushy ones in the Lexus. Plus the Recaros were much, much better on the twisty roads in the Smokies in North Carolina!

 

The 2.5 hours that I've spent driving the car seems like nothing compared to everyone else. haha But yea they were pretty good.

 

Took a little 2500mile roadtrip over labor day weekend with the X and it was super nice!

Never got tired of sitting in em, loved them all the way.

 

i personally LOVE the GSR recaros!!! and for long trips i dont think its any worse. Some of my friends complains there is too much lower back support.

only problem i have is sometimes my back gets sweaty so i gotta move around. and fan my shirt hahah
