^ I love both bikes and cars (and speed) but a car will never replace a bike no matter how fast the car is. Two separate experieneces, each unique with pros and cons. If you want a race bike then get it. If you want a tuned/modded evo for daily driving then get it. but they won't serve the same purpose. my 2 pennies.

looks like this post might be dead but i'm with the OP. i'd remove the large stock spoiler if it was easy enough. can anyone comment on the cost/process? i've seen one or two x pics without a spoiler at all and i kind of like the look.

I agree thats why my X went and my bike stayed. I will get another X when the economy gets a little better (and the job market).

Thread is super old man, look at the dates...

Anyway, since more people keep posting: It isn't THAT bad, it hardly seems higher than the GTS one to me. Nothing compared to the one on the older Evos. I really feel like it is much much less boy racer than the old ones, and also draws attention much less... But to each his own I guess. If you really want no attention, remove the spoiler for a lip spoiler, there is a blue one here I have seen a few times that looks really pretty good (I hate wingless 8s and 9s, but that wingless X looked good)

If you are really considering the 135i, then do NOT test drive the X. As Rob Fuller said, " I told you so".

Later, Ken
