Several months back there was an article in one of the car mags that had both cars modified running against each other. I think it was a Cobb Sube and another tuner's Evo. Does anyone remember which mag it was in and have a link? Thanks.

 

You know what, I think a saw that article. They compared 4 cars. both cars stock, then both cars with the extras. I think it was JDM parts though,I am looking for it

 

I remember the JDM article. The Subie was way more moded than the EVO. As far as cobb the only one I saw had the STI against a GT500 Mustang and it kicked its *** big time. The mustang looked like a pig on ice compared to the STI by Cobb.

 

yea it was a comparison where I guess the sube with some mods went against an Evo with less mods and the Evo was better. They said that a particular company (I though it was Cobb) was going to produce parts for the Evo as well. I think I bought the mag in the airport. Could have been "EVO" british mag?? I want to read it again. I didn't have my Evo MR yet at the time of reading!
