Are you asking how to disable ASC once you turn the car on or how to have ASC always disabled when the car is turned on?

I'm almost positive you can't do the latter - the ASC is always on when the car is turned on.

Yep. There's nothing you can do about it as it works like this on all Mitsubishi's with ASC.
