Just to see if there's one specific color that is having problem. Thanks in advance.
My RR has paint chips all over. I don't think any one color has less of a paint problem than any other color. As long as the undercoat is a contrasting color, you'll notice all of the chips on the side skirts, rear doors, etc.

On topic, I have 12,000 miles and (knock on wood) no problems. Sure, the staples are sort of coming out of the seats, my dash rattles, and my shift into 3rd gear is notchy, but I suppose I could have far worse problems. This is all common among our cars so that's not so bad.

Theres some reports of people having failing clutches after 10k with no abusive driving? Though who knows maybe they can't drive worth ****. I've never had to replace a clutch in both my manual cars.

Evo is for people who want to mod their car from start lol, STI is better car for people just want more and better quality, But not same driving feels as EVO! Hell not..
Transmission on EVO is F*c*ed up, Same as clutch!
But is it worth the money?
Hell yea with 0% finance!

Approaching 1600 miles and 2 months.

- Tire bubble formed on front driver's side (working with Yokohama to try and get replaced under warranty)
- Rear passenger pillar cover keeps popping off
- Noticed an engine tick this morning
- Small chip in the windshield, being replaced tomorrow

Just minor gripes... all in all the car runs like a champ.

2300 miles
Paint is Phantom Black and has mudflaps. At this mileage, my Octane Blue Evo's paint was destroyed. This paint in combi with the mudflaps is doing much better.

Only complaint at all on this one is major rattles in glovebox and door panels. Need to get those sorted out on my own when I get time.

Loving this X much better than my last one.

Owned my X for 3 months with around 400 miles on it. Paint is alright but I have RallyArmor flaps. The trans in chunky. I had the driver seat replaced already (at the cost of 1800$ to the dealer). My a/c doesn't work and its going in tomorrow to get fixed.

hey bravo, my dealer worked with the factory rep and replaced my OEM Advans (with 4 new all seasons of my choice) at 3,900 miles for free...try talking to your dealer.

dealer near me took me aside and said that he wasnt supposed to tell me this, but if you spend 700$ on a 5 year OEM tire warranty, you can litteraly slash your tires everytime you need new ones and the dealership has to replace them under warranty. pretty cool eh!
Those looking to buy a new EvoX, ask about the tire warranty, if the sales guy is cool he will give you the low down!
