your car will be fine. Just learn how to shift and stuff like this can be prevented

You appear to going down a road of no return. I would check all my linkages to make sure nothing is bent. If ok, then I would adjust the portion of my brain that controls "car shifting" and adjust down from 78 rpm to 45 rpm and see how your shifting improves. If still problems persist, recommend you see the best shrink money can buy LOL.

Later, Ken

Everything was checked. Nothing was bent, vavles arent leaking, splugs were
not coated in oil, changed oil was clean no shrapnel found with magnet, Dry Compression equal straight across, put another 200miles commute and sprints , nothing going wrong, no cels. I know its hard to accept for some lol Im A Ok.

You didn't hit fuel cut off?
I would not worry about it, as long as you don't hold a high rev for too long.
I guess you haven't watched too many Evos rallying?
I don't know about 4b11 engines, but group "N" (normal) Evos that race, constantly revs high with no problems.

Tuned at 318/327. Nothin seems wrong, car runs fine, no abnormal noises, vac didnt change, temps didnt jump at all. It was about 15 degrees out. Babied it the way home, let it idle for awhile, then shut it off. Then went upstairs and prayed for forgiveness.. I tried not making the mistakes i did in my 8 as i did this once in my 8 also, but my 8 had no problems after and i put another 20k after that on the 8 without problems, but somehow i made that mistake with my 10, but i had a feeling it would happen one day and it did. I dont abuse it at all, never tracked, only 2 steped once on stock tune. Rarely run it to 7k unless i need to smoke somone, or at a dyno only 4200 miles. Whats my verdict?
Silly money shifts.. thats why i hate manual trannies... In 2009 you can still fry a tranny with simple errors why is there no protection mechanism in place for the tranny??? makes no sense to me
