I would start with the wireing. Depends on how they were wired and if the right gauge wire was used, the wires by the connectors could have possibly burnt. Check the connectors not just for that but water damage. I would also get a volt meter and test the power output on all the connectors and the ballast.

I haven't expierenced bad HID bulbs so I hinestly don't know what to look for to see if the bulbs had burnt out.

Good luck and hopefully its a simple fix

Did you check the fuse?

Depending on the kit that you get, the ballast can be pulling more watts and that'll blow the fuse.

its not as easy as that on non sss cars. I pulled every fuse and relay in the car and in the engine compartment that had anything to do with the headlights, and either it didn't turn anything off or turned the bulbs off totally to where the headlights were inop.

Well your headlight with the HID stop working, and when you took the HID out and ran with the original setup, it still didn't work. You check the fuse and it was OK, so maybe your headlight switch is broken.

Put the stock headlights back in and take it to the dealer. It's under warranty isn't it?

That's another thing I forgot to metion. I brought my car back to the dealer for final check after the crash, and they found out the aftermarket HID, so they tole me my warranty of electrical parts are void..

Anyone knows if I brought my car to the dealer of another city? Are they going to find out my warranty was void??
