Anything in prices yet? I am assuming they are going to be the same as 08 Evo X's.

Moonroof on the MR? That would necessarily imply a non-aluminum roof which would be quite a departure from the performance ability of previous iterations of the MR. Heavier roof = higher center of gravity = lower track performance. I guess really is moving the Evo away from its hardcore racing heritage.

Both the GSR and standard MR will still come with the aluminum roof. The moon roof is an option on the MR for people who don't care about tracking their car.

Well that's good news. I had just heard it mentioned more than once on this forum that the aluminum roof was not structurally able to handle a moonroof.

these are all minor fairly cheap upgrades, at least the ones for the GSR. glad I got my 08 when I did, the 2010s surely wont be had for the same prices as the 08s now for at least 1-2 years if ever, and it's doubtfull 0% financing will be available again

don't hold your breath on that one. the auto industry is still bending over like a **** star, so the 0% may still be around come 2010.

^ difference is the 2010 Xs are imported and not manufactured in the US. That means it would be stupid for Mitsubishi to import as many 2010s as they did on the 2008s. It was hard enough for dealers to get rid of the 08s for having too many in the lots & the bad timing with the economic slump; that's why they offered 0% and massive discounts... which resulted in big profit loss for the brand. Mitsu isn't going to make the same mistake again, we'd be lucky to get half of what we originally got here in the US when the 2008s were shipped to us. Less 2010s to sell means less discounts to sacrifice.

Not necessarily the Outlander has an aluminum roof and is available with a sunroof. But They may opt for regular Lancer roof if anything.

Exactly, thats what the dealer I talked to said, they are only getting half as many as the 08s. With evos its all supply and demand, there were lots of 08s and not much demand as the economy bottomed so mitsu had to offer insane incentives. There will be fewer 2010s to go around therefore prices can stay up.
