Yeah that's the issue, the rpm's drop way too fast in the car. I do believe it's due to the small turbo loosing spool in between gears. I sometime still have issues but have gotten better with it. All manuals will do this though!

it has to do with the way you shift,

AWD + granny shifting + lauching = FAIL

the faster the shift, the more accurate and gentle the clutch release is the better.

No one's trying to granny shift here, it's called taking care of what you got! The rpm's drop twice as fast as a normal car due to it's set up! I've shifted fast and smooth and still receive the shock at times! This never happens in my Dad's truck, it's simply going to happen from time to time in an AWD/Turbo charged car! I don't care how good you guys "think you are" at driving, it's going to happen from time to time. It all comes down to rev matching your shifts, releasing the clutch smoothly and applying the proper amount of gas after the shifts complete! The drive shaft is also made of light weight materials which is more prone to shift shock.

P.S. It's rather hard to pop the clutch when your behind traffic and need to shift. Each situation is different, the higher the rpm the faster you can release, the lower the rpm the slower you release.

IDK if that's normal or i'm doing something wrong, every shift from 3rd to 5th are not as violent. Pls advice?

PS. I'm not powershifting.
Maybe think about a tune designed by a tuner to assist your driving skills. I had my son flash in a No Lift Shift (NLS) that really helped me smooth out my shifts. I also included a valet mode and a stage rpm the helped me shift better.
