Injen cai + UICP or ams short ram

ams short ram with a bungle is like 385.

injen cai doesnt come by itself from the websites ive seen, it comes with UICP for 500. so for another hundo i can get a uicp and a cold air.

my question is. im going to be getting the cobb ap. they have a map for the injen cai, but not the cai AND uicp, if i get the UICP installed will it effect the car with the map?

Nope, you are good. The uicp helps your spool/throttle response a bit and doesn't really need to be tuned for.

You probably know this already, but most mods add such a subtle amount of power that you'd have to be pretty sensitive to feel the change. 1 or 2 hp isn't much. The big gains are: boost (through a tune or larger turbo), tune, getting rid of the DP/cat in the exhaust, and better fuel (E85 or meth). Those are changes that you'll feel...everything else is a "supporting mod" that won't mean much until you add boost or timing. Take it from a guy who has dropped quite a bit on those supporting mods and watched guys with mostly-stock cars make more power on the dyno...
