Another Evo X recall...
Stuff like that needs to be caught in engineering. I can understand them missing certain things, like the resonance thing on the fuel rail if it only happens at a very specific frequency. But for something critical like an air bag sensor, you'd think they had the spec down pretty tight. It also makes you think about the more complicated things that might've been overlooked.
I would imagine if you typically drive in the effected recall states it wouldn't be too hard to get it approved. I doubt they want to give much of a fight especially since you can also mention your good friend "Law", last name "Suit" if it should ever fail to deploy in an accident and they denied your request to get it fixed.
