Sounds like just basic condensation build-up. Not suppose to happen but it does...on alot of cars. There might be a fine crack where water is seeping through. Only way is to get a quick drill and small bit and put a hole on the bottom so the water drains out. You can do that or try and fix or repair where the area where the water is coming in. Last resort, just buy a new one. Good luck.

Look for the crack and seal it up with some silicone. Once you do that take it inside overnight and let the headlamp dry out and the silicone dry really well. It shouldn't happen again.

i have the same problem as well.. i think its pretty common issue with any foglamps.. Ive had the same issue in my rsx-s. ive given up and have already accepted the fact that it concendation will always build up in there. but if theres a good amount of water actually in the lamp then i would take it into the dealer for a warranty.

I had this problem as well when I had a smarteye HID kit... it was horrible! Thought it was the seals, so ended up getting a DDMtuning hid kit and blew dry the foglamps... so far so good (keeping fingers crossed)! If you're getting condensation with stock halogens, I think it's just a common problem with all of our cars

Yeah, I wouldn't let it sit in there for too long. If it contacted the bulb and housing, never know what a short could do to the electrical system...
