noise from exhaust heat Shield?
hi,
my exhaust heat shield is making alot of annoying noise when the music and exhaust is loud. does anyone know how to fix this?

i don't think it's this simple..the tighten point is too inside, and left the outside part too much, that is where the noise come from...but this is just what i think, im not sure tho...

If its the shield directly between the muffler and trunk floor, I removed mine, worked great. No heat in mine, but check yours.

oh i see, so without the shield there is no problem right?
i will check today if it's really because of the that shield.

My 08' GSR had a slight rattle from the heat shield above the mufflers. Removed it and it went away.
