help: miles/month indicator for oil change

Okay so today I did the oil change and went to reset the miles/month oil change on the dash and somehow instead I changed it so the next time is 11,000miles/11 months lol...and I want it back to the stock which I belive was 4200/5months? Anyone know how to do this?

The manual says its possible but the dealer needs to do it which is BS for just a few extra clicks lol

It might say 11k, but it should give you reminder much sooner than that. In my experience it goes off every three months. My car has 8k and change, and I am about to do my fourth oil change.

Everything is in the manual just look for it and it tell you how to do it.

As for how do you change it from 11k, I heard that if you keep changing it it will come back around. You dont need to go to the stealership for this.

I just put mine a year ahead or whatever so the service chime indication doesn't pop up every time you start the car. My oil change intervals are just a little sooner than the stupid trip computer reminder anyhow.

Can you disable the feature entirely?
