Where is EDR located in Evo X?
Is it embedded into the ECM or it is a separate unit?

I can't find any reference to one in the manual. I don't think they have one.

 

I don't think there is one. Mitsu is'nt that sophisticated.

its all part of the ECU, it logs everything in there, so you cant get it out!

 

Every car has one! ECU seems like only give you the airbag sensor information, but not the acceleration, brake and etc in 5 sec frame.
Normally EDR is located either under the center console, or under the passenger front seat. I never see it under the passenger seat, and I just did not want to rip my center console out...

 

The manufacture did not want the user to know there is a EDR. All manufacturer i know so far did enclosed it in the manual..
