You're lucky to get a GSR. There's MRs all over the place, but very few GSRs right now

You mean left over at dealerships? On the road I see a lot more GSRs than MRs. It is a rare sighting to see an MR.

i paid 12k out the door on a new 08 gsr base with the tradein on my 08 crv with 39k last year....

You obviously had quite a bit on your trade-in. OTD is priced before cash down or trade-ins.

here what i did, i tested drive the car from other dealer and came down with an offered which was bout 19k with change with the trade in (much less). then i went to another dealer and straight to the manager to match the price on the evo and told them give me a better price on the trade in or i walked. i gave them no time to neg the price.
