Help: USDM Licence Bracket Size

Hi,

I'm sure some guys still have the OE Licence Bracket fitted on their X.

Could someone pass the dimensions of this item to me

Any if anyone knows how many screws it is held on with.

Cheers

Part circled in red is bracket (24)

Parts 25 and 26 are the screw and nut

I got 13.5 inches wide by 7 inches tall.....it came with three plugs and three screws with washers on them...its hard to describe the depth, because it curves with the car, so it varies

Why do you need them......

Thanks very much Its mainly the height of it I needed really.

I'm thinking of changing the long UK type plate holder to the USDM type.
The law over here are very stringent on the correct size of font for the registration. I want to be sure I can fit my reg on a plate on a USDM holder without overhang etc before I buy one

Its either that or major surgery on the UK one.

Cheers for your assistance
