I tried bolts/nuts + washers (to hold the rubber), the rubber just slipped out from under the washers (which are big washers too..).

I'm about to rip mine off as well.. I've tried everything as well that was suggested but the self tapping screws. Man this thing is annoying..

Go to a body shop and ask them for their extra strength double sided molding tape. The 3m tape at autozone is not strong enough. My local shop put it on for me and it has stayed on for 6 months. Thanks to Lonnie at LMS for hooking me up with the good molding tape.

That damn piece of rubber has given me more trouble than anything else. I hate it. I am going to try the self tapping screw suggestion.

Corner of mine came off during a curb check couple of times. I had some clips left over, replaced them then got my staple gun. I stapled it from below like every 3 inches on the whole bottom lip. Stronger than the plastic strips, better then oem. I have just 4 inch clearance from the rubber guard, I love scrapping because that's what it was designed for.

Is there anyway you can replace the whole rubber piece? When I bought mine it didn't have it on there so someone already had taken it off. I kind of like the look of it.

I am tired of fixing this. I tried everything just to hold it up and it doesn't last too long.
I want to rip it off but I don't want to scrape the front end off on speed bumps and driveways.

I was looking at this:
http://www.speedcircuit.net/product_...f3cd485affd2ee

Its a bit pricey for $200. Anyone have this?

Who sells that kit for $130.00 cause i heard they cost more. For $130 ill keep the phone number just incase i have to ever replace one.
Thanks

The center section of the rubber was missing when I got my car. The corners are still there though. Now I know why...doh!
