I've always wondered why companies take FOREVER to repair items. I just had my xbox die on me and sent it back. I thought it was going to take them a year to send out a new one. 2 days after they received it, I have a new one on the way. THAT, is customer service.

Also, what happened to the days of "give us your credit card number, we ship you a new one, and you send the old one back. If you don't send the old one back in 30 days, we charge your card for the new one"?

There must have been a bad batch. I have had my AEM boost gauge for over a year with no problems.

Same here, I have had my AEM boost gauge for over a year. It was installed on my 96 Eclipse and now on my EVO. No problems thus far.

I have the tru-boost guage and controller and it doesnt control boost at all the only way i can even make it boost higher is by turning up the wastegate crack pressure which basically makes it spike, didnt work out of the box.

Im pissed because fist they sent me the wrong one(just the gauge type) and then i get this and doesnt work, i might as well have stuck with the gauge one, havent had time to talk to aem but am very very dissapointed.

I bought it offline, do you needt to send a reciept with them when you want to send it to them or how does that all work.

Ya I had to send them a copy of my order from Autopartswarehouse or wherever the eff I bought it. I don't know how offline/second-hand purchasing is handled. Good luck guys!

Got the package back from AEM last Friday. They gave me a new sensor; the gauge tested fine. I'll install it today.

My gauge just took a crap on me after being installed for almost 2 years. It will not read positive pressure, stops at zero. It displays vacuum but slow to respond and occasionally shows "---". I am ordering a replacement sensor out of pocket.

I had a prosport gauge in my Subi and after having the car detailed the gauge was spiking around, then wouldn't read pressure, only vac, then after 2 days would only read >25mmHg vac.

I bought a replacement sensor for 8 bucks and it worked fantastic. I'm thinking of going back to em. Inexpensive to replace, looked decent, just had to mute them because their power-on beep could be heard by the deaf.

I am using glowshift digital gauges, boost, wideband, and oil pressure for over 2 years now. Still works fine.

gauge reads fine from 24 vacuum to about 16 -21psi then goes into dashes until throttle is released?
