Extra FAST key fobs

Say if someone were to sell you an extra FAST key fob they had from a previous GSR, is it possible to get it reprogrammed for your car ?

Possible but expensive. You need to visit the dealer. I think the car may be limited to a maximum of 2 FAST keys programmed into the ECU at one time as well, but that may be leftover knowledge from some other car I've had.

Do you need to visit the dealer? I thought there was a procedure in the manual that allowed you to mate a FAST key fob with your car?

afaik you do have to visit the dealer. If we can't do TPMS on our own then the FAST keys certainly won't be self-programmable!
