Nice, I just built these for my '04 except I made 45 degree cuts at the edges to make driving up the ramps easier on the clutch. I do like your handle idea, in fact, I think I'll go grab some right now!

I did a similar thing, though not as nice. Then I decided to flip the idea over and have the 7' board on top, so a smooth run, and used blocks of different heights as "shims". I had to screw each piece into the next which is something of a pain but the result is a little easier to manage when driving up, and lighter. Just a thought.

Great idea.. wouldn't mind building a pair of these once it warms up a bit over here.

Nice write up. I've been trying to figure out what to use for ramps with my next lowered car.
