Bubbling Brembo Calipers Replaced By Mitsu

I took my car to a dealership because the clear coat on the calipers was bubbling and coming off. They denied the warranty claim(as usual). I called Mitsu corporate and they said they would call the dealership for me. 3 days later I got a call from the dealership and Mitsu corporate saying that they will replace my calipers free of charge!!!

So if the dealership denies your warranty claim make sure you call Mistu corporate an put in a complaint. It worked for me.

They changed mine with no questions asked 3 months ago. It all depends who's running the dealership, I guess.

Yup, this is just how it goes. With all my SST problems, the dealership could care less. Once I got Corporate and a lawyer involved, things got done.

They changed my calipers out for the same problem as well. I explained to the service writer that I would expect the paint to hold up on all parts of the car for more than 30,000 miles and he agreed with me. Guess it depends on where you take it.
