Hi fellow evo owners who have been bent over and got it ramed up the other side... well i was just denied a claim, and I'am sick of Mitsu reps/service and I have just thoughT up a way to Get even.. THIS IS A CALL OUT TO ALL EVO OWNERS WHO HAVE BEEN SCREWED BY MITSU, I LIVE IN BUTLER PA, I WOULD LIKE TO ROUND UP EVERONE WITH A DENIDED WARRENTY CLAIM IN PA, GET ONE LAWER FOR ALL OF US, AND AS A GROUP FILE ONE OF THE BIGGEST LAW SUITES AGINST MITSU/ ANY AUTOMAKER IN HISTORY......... please PM me to get in contact........ I AM VERY SERIOUS......

i doubt u'll get the biggest lawsuit against mitsu... hahah chrysler has a multi-million dollar settlement that mitsu is paying right now... u would need all the evo owners world wide starting with the vr-4 galants just to even get close to chrysler's suit....

 

ya your probly right, would need every mitsu owner ever in the would to jump on board....but the funny thing is everybody that has owned a mitsu probly had a warranty problem......

 

i did on that stupid temperature knob!!! they should f**king fix it weather or not warrenty is still on or not, btw my warrenty is still on i will never buy mit car next time,, that is not the only thing, there were lot more stuff!! lack of service!! treating customer really bad!! if you look like decent old family guy with some money the treat you with all the respect and if you looks like high school kid with no money they don;t give you a damn respect!!! they think kids don't know anything about the car!! i swear i will not buy mit car anymore!! probably honda or euro!! 4 sure but i do like evo!! if i had to choos then sti!!!

 

a good idea.. the evo's the only mitsu i would ever consider owning except i used to like the 3000gt and eclipse. my car would remain superstock with the exception of a shortshifter and other cosmetic enhancements as not to jeopardize the "warranty" haha..

I still have no clue WHAT your warranty claim was for. All you said was denied your claim because of an AMS FMIC caused something to break. Caused what to break? What you said really tells us nothing.

 

The moral of this thread is to check site rules before posting the same topic in 3 different sections. Closed.
