strange whistle noise, light gas AND heavy boost - vid
I did search and Im posting because Im not sure it is a leak as I get the noise under very light acceleration as you can hear in the vid - this just seemed to start happening and the car only has 300 miles on it, what do you guys think?

lol, you are hearing the whine of the gears, which is normal. If you listen carefully, you'll notice that it does it in 1st gear, but not once 1st has been disengaged after the shift to 2nd is complete (clutch #1 shifts to 3rd gear). You'll hear the whine come back in 3rd gear, but slightly more mild.
If you read the manual, it states that the whine is normal.

It annoys the hell out of me... I tend to only use 1st gear from a stop. If you're already moving a little bit, 2nd is good for everything. Cruising around in parking lots, it's all I can hear.

I actually love the sounds my car makes because the sounds are due to the devices on the car that give it extra performance.
