sounds like the car is used. warranty only applies to the original purchases. if you bought it from a Mitsubishi dealership, check your paperwork, you might have something. otherwise, find a good mechanic

Dude, come on, at least have a clue before posting info like this! The manufacturers warranty stays with the car no matter how many owners it has. Adustments is 1/12, bumper-to-bumper is 3/36, and drivetrain is 5/60 on the Evo. Again, it does not matter if the car was purchased new or used, the warranty remains!

To the OP: The suspension has nothing to do with how your engine is running, bring your car to the dealership and let them take a look at it.

Just wondering.. what issues are covered under "adjustments", that wouldn't be covered under bumper-to-bumper?

Wheel alignment, clutch engagement, headlight aim...that kind of stuff.

^^ Thanks.. I'll have to stop by a dealership and see if I can get both a wheel & headlight alignment before it expires in December! And if I'm lucky, maybe they'll even fix my annoying door rattles, lol.

I had my alignment covered and plan to have them reaim my headlights too. The Mitsu factory sucks at setting stuff properly.
