Is there fog lights out there like the ones in the early pics of the x?

I'm not so sure those are made to be fog lights? I think those are supposed to be DRL's. Maybe a Euro model? I know a lot of Euro cars are doing those as DRL's, using LED bars. Porsche's are, some Audi's and the new Golf R are that way.

 

those are DRL's if u look at the headlight you'll see that there are no drl's there just the hid projectors
