Gauge swap

I have a 2008 mr. I wAnted a 2010 mr but didn't have the spending money at the time. I want the gauge cluster assembly from the 2010 into my 2008. I was wondering if the back plug is the same or if anyone else may have decided to do this conversion. If it bolts up the same or connects the same.

The short answer is syncing your miles at the dealership is very expensive. Buying the gauge cluster is very expensive. We were coming up with numbers around $1500 to replace it with the newer one.
