I know this is kind of a noobish question but i'm looking at buying a 2008 or 2010 Lancer Evolution X MR -- (wife can't drive a stick and i don't want to go through the headache of making her). There is 2010 Evolution MR for sale that's used and it has the same wing as the 2008. Is this a standard feature i know the RS doesn't have the wing and MR touring doesn't either. Thanks

 

There are 2 types of wings. There is the High wing which comes standard with the SSS package or there is the low wing. Do you know if the car has the SSS package or not?

2008/2010 MR's had "tall" wing. 2010 MR Touring had no wing, lip spoiler. All 2011 MR's have lip spolier, no "tall" wing from factory.

 

The tall spoiler is standard on the MR, and is the only option for 2008. 2010 Touring has the lip spoiler.
