Changing Dash Lights (NOT cluster)

Okay I'm not a fan of the red in my cockpit and want to change all the colors from red to eitheer a deep blue or white (to match the cluster) has anyone done this or know what Lights up the dash? (Led or blub, or led bulbs, or bulbs with tinted plastic?)

I'd ultimately like to change out the entire center console lighting to include the spot lights by the ash tray as well as the steering wheel controls. I'd rather not take anything apart if this has already been investigated.

Thanks.

I too would like to do the same, but I guarantee that you will have to take the HVAC bezel out so that you can get to them. Best off to make a list of things you want to do that require you to remove this section and just knock it all out at the same time. Thats what im doing this spring.

yeap.. you hit the nail on the head, THAT is exactly what I want to to. Maybe a little more mix of white/blue but yeah. Now if only this "Acree" would share his methods, or at least provide some information on what is there. but at least I know it's possible.

Acree if you're out there we could use some pointers, I'd love to take it to you but looks like your based in TX.
