Need opinion on rear bumper replacement

Long story short; 2010 EVO X WW 5k Miles, someone hits my rear bumper... cracks it and scuffs it up removing it from some of it's hangers....

So now on to the what to do? Would love some suggestions on bumper choice... I don't have aero kit, but, should I carbon VIS rear bumper? OEM? Would leaving carbon on the rear bumper on a white EVO X look strange. I seriously can't find any WW X with carbon rear bumpers...

Options;
1) Carbon rear bumper? (VIS)
2) OEM rear bumper with carbon diffusers / entire bottom piece?

Thanks for any input.

you might get a better input in the Evo X section, you posted in the base lancer section.

How much lighter would the CF one be compared to the stock plastic bumper? I'm guessing not too much lighter.

I'd just OEM that *****.

^ Censor the "B" word? Really? Wasn't there a song on the radio by Meredith Brooks over a decade and a half ago that predominantly used it on it's main verse?
What are we in grade school here?

I vote OEM with carbon diffuser. Just 1 fully CF bumper would like out of place unless you plan on replacing the front and adding CF sideskirts.....and even then people would think it's weird when it really isn't. It's all about personal taste tho. My 2 cents.

I would say just go with OEM cuz the cf bumper would look out of place on WW IMO.

Well I'd go with OEM because if someone hits you again you'll regret buying that carbon fiber one...and carbon will shatter with impact and be almost impossible to fix. If it were me I'd get something more durable that flexes...

to save money though did you see if the stock bumper can be repaired?

If you got hit hard enough to show any damage make sure to check for damage to the ACD pump. Mine was damaged and slowly went out. One year later it was a $2K repair, thankfully I have an extended warranty.
