Can someone tell me if i need another tune?

So i bought the car with a WORKS tune on it, the person that sold it to me told me that it was just a moderate street tune, nothing too crazy. So i told him to keep the tune and not tune it back to stock. So my question is if i go and buy a drop in filter or a downpipe would i have to retune it? currently it only has a catback.

He already has a tune.

No, you don't have to, especially with the drop-in, but you would prolly notice a difference with/without a tune as far as the downpipe goes. And you don't know exactly how the tune is so the the DP may make the boost peak higher.. so it's hard to say..

IMO I would just get a tune for a piece of mind. Can't always trust previous owners.
