When I set it to feet only, air goes to windshield. I set it to where it goes towards my face only, it blows to my feet.

And no matter what setting I turn it into I dont get air from towards my face

 

You dont have anything set on "auto" right?

 

No nothing is set to auto. I didnt know these can break this easy

 

That's weird... it sounds like when you rotate the dial... it actually chooses something 2 positions to the right. Is everything lined up properly?

 

when you rotate that knob all the way counter clockwise where is the orange plastic piece pointing to? i wonder if someone took that off and placed it in one of the other spots because without the orange tip you have no idea where it's pointing.

 

Roll the windows down lol JK That does sound pretty crazy. Let us know what the problem is when you figure it out.
