So I have been having problems with my car its stock so i decided to opt out for the extended warranty...called the nissan warranty number thats floating around here on the forums i got....

$765-20k 1yr
$995-24k 2yr
$0 deductible for all

I plan on keeping the car for another year so I think its not a bad deal
what do you guys think is that the cheapest I can get for a premium EW that covers almost everything except normal wear and tear..

Be careful buying coverage. Check to see how long they have been in business. In the late 1990's are large number of them went bust. Check thier reputation.

 

My bank offered an extended warranty when I bought my 08 X a few months ago. They quoted me ~$1,200 for "platinum" coverage for 5yrs or 75K. No deductible.

 

I got. My 05 Evo last year and Mitsubishi offer me 1250 for 5 yrs 60,000 miles. No deductibles.

 

Hmmm I need to check into this. I do loans and sell extended warranties through a trusted insurance company and they are somewhat reasonable. I see claims that are paid out for various things and it is all legit.

 

Whatever they try to charge you for it try to get it for less, they make tons of money off these.

 

How long ago did you have the parts replaced and how many miles are on your car already?
