Coming from a Tarmac Black Lancer, I was at first disappointed with the Phantom Black on the Evo. It wasn't that deep, dark, glossy wet black I was used to. However, it has grown on me so much. It is truly such a unique paint color, and I love how it looks different in almost every kind of lighting. Most pics you see where the PB color has that dark, wet black appearance is just from editing. You definitely need to see one in person to really appreciate the color.
