need a little help please ......

okay so i picked up my X from another evom member well we kinda swapped cars, he took my SRT8 Cherokee, but anyways he said it was stree tuned and since ive gotten the car ive put a TBE on it but even before i did that when i got into high RPMS (5000- 6500 RPMS) the car seems to feel like it hesitates, it feels like the it would hit power then lost it an it would keep doing that all the way till i shift. does anyone know what it could be i really wanna figure it out, i have a feeling it was the tune personally but some imput would be awesome

Sounds like a misfire. Get the car tuned. "Street tune" IMO is another way of saying "Cheap tune."

Honestly if a shop can't afford a dyno, I'd assume that they can't afford to pay a competent tuner.

Sounds like the same problem that the 2008 Evo X has from the factory. Mine used to do that, bucking and hesitating at high RPMs, until I got it dyno tuned. It hasn't did it once since then. Your tune is probably still rich.

if there's no wideband O2 on there, the "street tune" was worthless.
