Post Can you mod evo x and make it as fast as modded ix?

I am really interested in getting an evo and i was wondering whether it is possible to make an evo x as fast as a modded evo ix. I like both models but it is hard to find a stock ix with decent miles so I began looking into the x's. So pretty much what i want to know is how fast can an evo x get and for how much money. Thanks for the help

Cheaper maybe ^ but you'll need more for it to be up with a IX cuz the IX is lighter. So your gonna spend more money on a X. Just my .02

Yes X is heavier. If I had found a clean 9 with low low miles I would have picked it up over an X. SCM has a brand new GG 9 in the show room thats still for sale, think its 2006.

you can go to mars in your X if you have enough $$$$$.......

but the ix will be faster for less $$$$ than the X.

Yeah man, you gotta lose some weight.....get some basic mods and a tune and you should be good to go as long as your driving skills are on point!!
