Why is this TWM shift knob is so cheap?

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...A2Y00PJ965TIMN

Check it out guys and tell me the reason why this is so cheap? $11 shipped? Is it that bad of a shift knob? The TWM site list it for over $100.

i think they just have it listed wrong. Some other TWM knobs on there have pictures of nuts and bolts. Maybe they will honor the flub, $5 its worth a shot. lol

If you read further down it mentions unknown for brand and "the TWM Performance logo engraved on top". FAKE!! Wouldn't buy it.

If it holds up and feels solid in your hand, I'd definitely take it for a 1/10th of the price.

After your first sweaty shift, that knob might just burst into ashes for a price like that.

It says these knobs are weighted. It says 400g. 11$ for a weighted knob sounds like a pretty good deal. I bought one Ill let you know how it is.

I bit; my knob shipped today. As you guys can see, I opted for a different model than the one link'd earlier. It's supposed to have the same thread pitch as Evos and I prefer the styling.

This is the knob, if anyone else feels like taking the chance:

It doesn't necessarily have to be authentic at that price to be a good deal. Granted they shouldn't use TWM's name, but it's still a good deal if it's passable.
