evo 8 cams

my car all the sudden died as i was drving it power steering went out and i checked the timing belt and the bottom turns over but not the top and the belt is fine just doesnt turn over idk whats wrong busted cam shaft ?

wrong sectiong. maybe you busted the belt, stripped it out kind of? Not sure... explain it a little clearer.

the belt is fine just the cam shaft does not move at all when i try to start it

U sure the belt is fine?

Happened to my integra before and it was the timing belt. Let's just say, valves r f*cked. I needed to change the valves coz of a broken timing belt. Cam gears ok? Check anything and everything that makes the head move...timing belt, cams, pulleys....before u crank it again or it's gonna be at least a 1k job. Or cheaper if u do it urself.
