Is there a shop in Maryland that can do a re-flash since I just have the intake and hard pipe kit? I can't be down a car since I have duty everyday or getting to ranges.

I'm partial to EFI Logics in CT, might be too much a hike. That said, make sure the shop you select (and, along with EFI, the ones referenced above are some of the best in the business) can support any necessary changes to the car that might be needed.

So, for example, it is frustrating to get your car to a tuner only to find your DP is leaking, or you need an O2 sensor, or your recirculating BOV is not happy, and they can't help get the car sorted to get the tune where you want it. EFI Logics, and businesses like theirs, might be a little farther away but can give you the before and after support you need to get the car set up properly and consistently to run with your new tune. So, great tuners are, well, great, but make sure you have the rest of the support as well.
